I booked a hotel on Via for a short little trip I had planned, mostly just to get away for a couple of days and not think about work for once. The whole booking process was straightforward, and I didn’t run into any weird issues. When I reached the hotel, they already had my booking details, so check-in was quick, which was nice because I was carrying my bag around longer than I wanted to. The room looked the same as what was shown online, and the price was decent compared to a couple of other sites I checked before booking.
